We're happy to inform that the experienced technology investor Hawk Invest has acquired software company Sixty AS, the former owner of Ease Live.

Following our recent acquisition process with Evertz, our former company Sixty split into a separate entity and now has new ownership going forward. We wish all our former Sixty colleagues the best on the continued journey.

Sixty AS will continue as an international software company that specialises in interactive TV-experiences to set top boxes and smart TVs. The company’s advanced interactive user and graphic solutions are found at more than two million units all over the world. Sixty AS has international and Norwegian distributors as well as European broadcasters among its customers.
